Ongoing Legal Support

For companies that require continuous access to senior legal advice, Longfield Noble offers subscription-based support. This model provides continuity, direct access to experienced counsel, and predictable legal capacity.

  • Silver
Suitable for companies with regular but limited legal needs.
  • Gold
Designed for companies that require ongoing involvement across multiple legal matters.
  • Platinum
For companies that depend on structural legal support and priority availability.

Unused hours expire. Additional work can be performed outside the subscription where needed.

Startup Program

For pre-seed, seed and early-stage companies, Longfield Noble offers a dedicated Startup Program that provides accessible senior legal support.

The program helps founders build a strong legal foundation for growth, investment and scaling.
In addition to the standard structure, tailored arrangements can be agreed based on the company’s stage, funding position and specific requirements.

Subject to availability. Additional work can be agreed where needed.

Fractional Legal Services

For companies that require structural senior legal capacity, Longfield Noble acts as external Legal Counsel integrated within the organization.

This model is suitable for companies that need strategic legal leadership without hiring a full-time in-house lawyer. Scope, availability and engagement structure are agreed on a tailored basis.

Projects and Fixed Fees

For clearly defined matters, fixed-fee or project-based arrangements can be agreed. Examples include:
• Contract structuring and drafting
• Legal reviews and risk assessments
• Negotiations
• Governance and compliance projects
• Temporary intensive support

Hourly Engagement

Where appropriate, services can be provided on a time-spent basis.
If an advance payment is made and the engagement ends before completion, only the time actually spent will be charged. Any unused balance will be refunded upon request.

All fees are exclusive of VAT and third-party costs. A written engagement confirmation is provided before work begins.
